Information we collect
- Information you submit in our contact form: name, business email, company, and optionally website, phone number and the operational challenge you describe.
- If you choose to opt in to text messages: your phone number, the consent wording shown to you, its version, the time you agreed and the page where you agreed.
- Standard technical information your browser sends when loading pages (such as IP address and browser type), processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the site.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss services you asked about.
- Text messaging is not enabled. If introduced, it will require a separate optional opt-in and appropriate sender and opt-out configuration.
- To operate, secure and improve this website and prevent spam or abuse.
We do not sell personal information.
Mobile information
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are not sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We may share them only with service providers that process them on our behalf to deliver the messages and services you requested, under obligations to use them only for that purpose. SMS consent records are not shared with unrelated parties.
Service providers
- Website hosting and database: our site and form submissions are hosted and stored with Lovable and its infrastructure providers.
- Scheduling: booking links open Cal.com. After saving an inquiry, you can choose to load a Cal.com calendar on this page; your name, email, company, operational challenge, and optional phone are passed to verified editable booking fields. Website and Fit Check answers are not transferred, and SMS consent is not preselected. Cal.com processes scheduling details under its own privacy policy. Opening the calendar does not book an appointment.
- Inquiry emails: automatic inquiry emails are not currently connected. Saved inquiries remain available for authorised review; a form receipt does not mean an email was sent.
- Fonts: page typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts load.
- Video and tours: where offered, Loom videos and Supademo tours load only after you click to play them; those services then process data under their own policies.
Ozias AI guide
Questions you type into Ozias, together with a short recent part of that conversation and selected public website content, are sent to Google’s Gemini API to generate an answer. Climbrix uses Google’s free tier, under which Google’s terms allow it to use submitted content to improve its products, and human reviewers may read it. Do not enter personal, confidential or customer information. Climbrix blocks obviously personal or contact details before sending, but this check is imperfect.
Climbrix does not store Ozias conversations in its database or analytics; the conversation lives in your open page and clears on reset or reload. To enforce usage limits, Climbrix keeps short-lived anonymous counters keyed to a one-way hash of your network address, deleted within two days. Google’s handling of submitted content is governed by Google’s own terms and privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required. Third-party services you open (such as Cal.com) may set their own cookies.
The optional booking prompt and fictional Command demonstration use browser session storage. Demonstration choices, sample record changes, and simulated approvals stay in that browser session and are not sent to Climbrix or operational systems. Reset clears the sample record changes. The Fit Check answers are not submitted or stored by Climbrix. Using a demonstration does not enroll you in messaging.
Retention
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond, manage any resulting business relationship and meet legal obligations, then delete them. SMS consent records are kept for as long as needed to show that consent was given or withdrawn. Anonymous inquiry-abuse counters use a one-way hash of your network address and are cleaned up with usage counters after two days.
Security
Submissions are sent over encrypted connections and stored with access restricted to authorised server processes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version will always be on this page.
