The founder
Climbrix was founded by Raul Cortorreal with a focus on a simple problem: businesses often have the information they need, but their systems don't turn that information into reliable action.
Climbrix approaches that problem through workflow design, software integration, operational dashboards, and carefully supervised AI. The goal isn't to replace every system a company uses. It's to identify where information gets lost, where work slows down, and where better coordination can create measurable value.
As a founder-led consultancy, Climbrix emphasizes practical engineering, transparent processes, and systems designed around how a business actually operates.
How we think about technology
Software should fit the operation, not the other way around. We start with the problem and the people affected, use the simplest approach that works, and add AI only where it clearly helps — with a person reviewing anything that reaches customers or records.
Who we work with
Our examples come from commercial HVAC & mechanical, commercial refrigeration, and generator service & maintenance, but the work applies to any business with handoffs, documentation and follow-through — trades, facilities, professional services and more.
What we are not
Climbrix is a consulting business. We are not an investment, lending or financial advisory firm, and the “Climb” in our name refers to operational improvement.
